I'm pretty sure that with the LLMs and AI capabilities available today, the role of the software architect won't disappear any time soon. I'm convinced that generated content will bring efficiency gains and also quality improvements if used properly. For complex specifications I can still see the limitations. The big benefit is: You don't start with a blank page!
When it comes to training Solution/Software Architects, TOGAF will not go into the architecture and design of an application in detail. I recommend ISAQB or arc42 for this.
